Such projects always become a kind of standard, because the challenge in front of the customer is always broader than the part of this challenge that we are able to decide. In this example, the general task was to improve sales, and the narrow one was to develop own product (alarm equipment complex for stores). And there was even more narrow task for us — unique aerial design that would be fundamentally different from its foreign competitors. Only when customer shows the whole picture to you, you are able to realize that you are standing at the beginning of a chain of complex business processes and operations. And you start evaluating your performance from different point — not in days, rubles and drawings, but in a terms like «whether we launched the start of next step».
The aerial itself is a simple object, definitely not the most difficult one in our practice, although there are some peculiarities. Such equipment should not be easily seen at the installation site (e.g. a store), but at the same time the design is important for sales — as most part of competitors does not change the design of their products over the years, basically giving too few resources for the development of the design.
