The banking sector is constantly changing under the influence of modern technologies and new approaches to customer service. Zorgtech company — one of those who contribute to this process with new ideas and suggestions.
The kiosk, the design of which the Zorgtech entrusted to develop to the FORMALAB, bears an interesting combination of two familiar forms of customer service: the remote form implemented through the self-service portal, and the personal one, implemented by means of physical interaction with the visitor of the bank office. Imagine that a bank customer, instead of standing in line to one of the employees, is able to do all the operations he or she needs through the «Zorgtech» terminal. Having a videoconference with the bank representative, the client can present a passport, scan it, receive a printed form of the contract and returned the signed copy to the terminal.
The kiosk contains a huge mass of interesting working scenario and hundreds of functions. Moreover, the device can be used not only in the banking sphere but also in any other sphere of business – be it a connection services, retail sells or anything else. In other words it can be used in any service requiring communication with the client.
